About Us
Raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Laura Knott is a retired elementary school teacher of over 25 years and is now the Owner of Simply Delicious Desserts, LLC. Laura has always had a love of cooking and entertaining. Whether watching her mother cook golden-fried chicken or her father cook his family-famous BBQ ribs, Laura grew up around great food and loved how it could create a joyful atmosphere for family and friends. It is with this joy and thoughtfulness in mind that Laura wishes to bring her cooking from her life into yours.
